Our customer satisfaction and monitoring processes
To
monitor and measure our services and customer satisfaction we use
Blue Warthog Marketing and The Good Garage Scheme.
Blue
Warthog Marketing carry out one to one customer satisfaction questionnaires
and market research. With the one to one questionnaires, we send
a list of customers' we have had in any given month with their contact
telephone number. Blue Warthog Marketing will work their way through
the list. All filled in questionnaires are returned to us for analysing.
Should anyone wish to be removed from our mailing or telephone list,
they should notify a member of the reception staff, this request
will be carried out immediately.
The
Good Garage Scheme is a scheme set up to monitor garages performances,
by way of tick box return cards and the website. The return cards
are handed out with every invoice, customers are ask if they would
mind filling them in and being as honest as they can. The cards
are then send to Forte who monitor the responses and advice us if
there is any points we need to address.
