Who we are

Most of our team have worked together for over ten years and have the joint knowledge and expertise of many years, with the belief that customer care is what makes us a likeable, respected and well trusted business among the local residential and business customers as well as the wider community.

We are not the cheapest in the area, but we aim to do the job right first time, and when things go wrong, as they inevitably will from time to time, we are the first to put our hands up and put it right at our cost, not yours when it is our challenge that has been the cause. We as a team respect each other for who we are and our expertise. We build our abilities through learning from each other. We respect the fact that we are human beings and have good and bad days. As a team we never forget that without customers we would not have a business, so we all strive to treat all in a way that we would like to be treated ourselves.

We associate with the following training companies. We work with Business Link Huntingdon for senior and mid-management training, Huntingdon Regional College, and Cambridge Regional College for technical and apprentice training. We also use CDX internet based support aids and technical support information.

Training has not stopped there, taking franchised courses with Ford, Vauxhall, Saab, Lotus, Rover, Jeep and Daihatsu. Courses have been taken in sales administration and Management.

Andy also has qualifications in Business Management. However, qualifications prove you know the theory, so Andy has proven in practice that he can apply the training. This has been shown through the development of other peoples businesses, to the point that the businesses did so well that they were sold on.

Andy is always looking for new ways to pass on the skills he has, to the rest of the team and any other persons that are showing an interest in what he does.
